what Are The Basic Reasons of Terrorism?? Poverty or Injustice

  • It is widely discussed at different platforms that the basic reason and cause for Terrorism is Poverty and illiteracy. And the argument given for this is that, because the poor people don’t find food to eat, and because of being uneducated they don’t know the modern way of life so they are easy to convince.
  • Terrorists contact them, do brain wash, offer good amount of money for their family and tell them about paradise …………….and finally they become ready to go any extent.
  • But if we put a bird eye view on the history of recent so called Terrorism we see that more then 80% people involved or accused for terrorism are well educated, belonging to very rich families. Starting for 9/11 attacks till today, all those whose names came in media or in any other sources of investigation are well off people.
  • It denotes that poverty and illiteracy is not the cause for terrorism. The injustice, violation of freedom and abuse of basic rights are the major causes of terrorism. And until and unless we removed them the dream of peace will not come true.
This is what I think …….. What do you think??

Who Played Big Role in Destruction of Peace?

  • Now, after a long war in Iraq and Afghanistan, the world powers came to conclusion that war in Iraq was illegal and unlawful. there were no weapons of mass destruction and all reports were false and baseless...
  • As far Afghanistan is concerned, every one is saying that dialogue the ultimate solution of the issue..
  • Although it is too late, but still if they are serious, they can save innocents from death.
  • only one power is not involved, but almoset 50 countries are taking part in this war against terrorism..
  • Here the question arises that if the war is not solution, war in Iraq was unnecessary then why they attacked on these countries?
And even more important question is that, Who Is more responsible for the destruction of peace??

:: Operation Moshtarak: Can Peace Process and War go together?

Written by: Raja Ikram

  • It is a matter of common sense that War and Peace can no go side by side, where there is war there is no peace, and where there is peace there is no war. some one may say that  WAR is required to bring peace, but I can not agree with this node totally.
  • In Afghanistan there is a continues war against Taliban led by America, and almost 40 countries as her allies are helping him with all means, but so far there is no result. And all players are now tired to stay there any more, but don't also want to accept defeat.
  • Now the Afghan Govt along with America and allies is keen to have dialogue with Taliban and to bring peace through talks. Although all international players are agreed for dialogue but Taliban are still reluctant, and the reason is un-trust on America and Nato.
  • still the peace discussion didn't reach any conclusion, the America and allies started Operation Moshtarak in Afghanistan. which is total destruction of the peace process and an act of making the dialogue more dubious.

  • What do you think about this operation, will it bring some positive results or will cause more ciaos  and violation in Afghanistan?

Iraq ....... before and After American demilitarization

  • After destroying almost all infrastructure of Iraq, when the US and allies saw that there is no way to win this battle, they applied their old strategy of "divide and rule". they tried to divide the public in ethnic and sectarian groups, and we see they are successful to some level as their are news about Sunni and Shiites riots and clashes.
  • Hence suicide attacks are an other gift which they have given to Iraqis, these attacks were so so much rapid before the withdrawal of America. though, Now the number is reduced but still there are news about this.
What do u think, the Situation of Iraq is better now or it was better before withdrawal?

Peace in Iraq....... after or before war?

The President of USA received the Noble prize for Peace, how much deserving he was, it is an other question, but here we have to discuss that whether Iraq was more peaceful before American invasion or after attacks? USA came there to bring peace and to promote democracy, but after killing millions of innocent people, and destroying almost all infrastructure they gave Iraqis only suicide attack , worse economical situation and clash between public and security authorities. after all this, what do u think, was this attack lawful? Did it bring the required changes? Did Iraqis gained any benefits after all this sacrifices? Does USA achieved her goals? Dr it was only the thirst for Oil and energy which they are looting with all means?
